On a whim, just like when we put an offer on the condo, I purchased a kitchen table online. I bought it 3.5 seconds ago with as estimated delivery date of January 25, 2049! 2049? WTF!
Before we buy a couch we need your advice. Please vote A for the first picture and B for the second picture. On of these is my pick and one is Sung Hyun's.

Sofa A. Initially I thought Sofa B but only because all the decorating made it that much more appealing. But when I really look at the detail, A gets my vote.
I like B. The rounded cushions make it look more comfortable.
Sofa B looks comfortable and inviting. If it feels as comfortable as it looks then I vote for that one :o) Congratulations on purchasing your first home!
I vote A solely on looks and ability to keep clean. The cushions on the second one don't look like the most comfortable. Also if you get (have) a pet (or eat on the couch) then it'll be a little harder to clean. If it were possible, I'd sit on both and see which were most comfortable, though.
B looks more cozy and welcoming. I vote "B"
I like A best! but again, the best one is really the one which is most comfortable!
Are you going to get a pet at some point? If yes, A (won't get so dirty). Otherwise, seat on both of them and get the most comfortable one. Look-wise, they're pretty similar.
I vote A. Maybe it's the picture, but B doesn't look as deep. Also, I love the chaise on A, B doesn't look quite long enough to get stretched out on.
I'm for B....but what does the dining room table look like? That could change my decision because your living room and dining room are in an open space.
I vote A... B has bumps which means buttons likely and that means over time they may pop off....I've seen it happen....PLUS the grooves are going to be harder to clean, can't just wipe the sofa off you'll have to vacum out each of the indents....

Sofa B looks great too but it looks like it's pillows will easily lose shape and easily look overly sloppy.
Sofa B looks so much cosier. Sofa A looks hard. I might change my mind if I could sit on each of them because sofa A has cleaner lines.
But my vote solely based on pictures is B.

I think Sofa A will go better with the kitchen table you posted. Decorating is so fun!! If it was my place I would add accessories with pops of bright orange or maybe lime! Congrats on your first house!!!!
